School Saving Bonus

We wish to remind you that were still holding School Saving Bonus funds for some families. These funds are able to be allocated towards sporting events, excursions and school camps. They do not need to be used by a certain date; however, it is suggested that you use them as soon as possible. If your child is intending on leaving the public school system, these funds do not transfer across with them.

If you are unsure if you have any available funds on your account, please contact the office.

2026 Student Enrolments

If you have a child starting school in 2026, or know someone who does, please ensure that you complete an enrolment form and return it to the office ASAP.

We also request that if your child will not be returning to Macedon Primary School in 2026, that you inform the school in writing as soon as possible. We are currently in the process of class/teacher/student allocations, and it is important to know how many students we will have.

Staff Parking

We request that parents please do not park in the car parking area at the top of Smith Street, as this is designated for staff to park during the day. Thank you.

Canteen Orders

We wish to remind you that all canteen orders need to be placed via the Spriggy App no later than Wednesday night.

Please do not approach Bourkies Bakehouse to amend or add orders after this time, as these requests will not be accommodated.

Late Student Collection

If you, or the person collecting your child, are going to be later than 3.30pm, your child is welcome to stay at the front office until 4pm.

After this time, they will be sent to Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) in the JCB.

If there is a possibility of this happening, it would be worth your family having a temporary enrolment at OSHC, so that they all of the correct contact details for you. Please see below for an enrolment form.

If your child is sent to OSHC, you will be charged for this time.
