Disco

Next Tuesday June 23rd we will be holding our Day Disco in the hall. The theme for this year is Superheroes and Disney. Students are invited to dress in these themes. Costumes do not need to be runway quality or detail. Students can wear a touch of Disney or Superhero through to full costumes if they already have something they fancy wearing. It is probably a good idea to test out the costume at home to some tunes to see if dancing is possible in the costumes selected to avoid disappointment on the day.  The discos will be run in year levels groups from 9:15am-1:00pm.

State Cross Country

Congratulations to Madi B, Willow S and Angus F on their placings at Regional Cross Country On Wednesday. Competing at this level is something to be extremely proud of.  On Thursday July 16th Willow and Angus will be representing our school at the State finals. We wish them all the very best on the day!

Student Semester 1 Progress Reports

Just another reminder that we will be providing student achievement reports for Semester 1 this year as usual. The reports will continue to provide important details about student learning attainment, but full descriptive comments will not be included because of industrial action taken earlier this term by the Australian Education Union. We will of course be pleased to discuss with you your child’s progress at our next parent-teacher interviews scheduled for Wednesday June 24th between 11:30am-6:20pm. OSHC will be available for those that require care. Early dismissal next Friday

Next Friday is the final day of term and students will be dismissed at 2:30pm following an early assembly if weather permits. Students in Prep- year 2 will be dismissed from their classrooms. Students in years 3-6 will be dismissed from the Assembly Court.
