VPass

We are changing the way you Sign In/Out at St John’s. Moving forward we will be using a platform called VPass. This will streamline our visitor management process allowing different ways for you to Sign In/Out. You will be able to sign in using the iPad in the office, by scanning a QR Code or using your mobile phone.  If you are a regular visitor/volunteer you will be able to become a registered user and this will remember your details including your Working With Children number (YAY)! We still recommend carrying your card with you or having a digital copy/photo on your phone.

To simplify the sign in process for yourself we recommend you create a VPass profile by going onto the site below. (Tap on the 3 lines in the left hand corner and selcet "Register")

The first time you sign in at school it will ask you for your WWC number, but after that, it should remember you.
