Safety on the School Crossing

Our wonderful crossing supervisor has asked us to speak to parents and students about playing with balls while crossing on the school crossing.

She has noticed an increasing number of students bouncing balls as they cross the crossing. Unfortunately the children can easily lose control of the ball when bouncing it, causing them to chase the ball and potentially run towards cars on the road.

Can we ask parents to chat with their children about this and support them by reminding them to hold their ball as they cross the road. Teachers will also be chatting with the children about this as well.

Prep enrolments for 2027 & School Tours - Action Required

Prep enrolments for 2027 are now open and need to be submitted by next Friday 31st July 2026 via the online portal.

The enrolment process has changed for 2027, where parents now submit their enrolment online and select up to three schools they would like their child to attend. This is a change from the previous process where parents submitted an enrolment or expression of interest directly to the school.

Please read the attached information for instructions on completing the enrolment process.

Snowsport Competition

The 2026 Snowsport Competition will be held at Mount Buller from 16th to 19th August. This year parents register their child/ren for the Interschool Snowsport Competition directly with the competition.

Parents use their own log in to enter their children into the desired events.

Registrations close on Monday 27th July (next Monday). Once registrations close, we will create the teams, appoint team managers and assign volunteers to their roles.
