In Foundation, we have been busy with lots of fun and engaging learning! In Mathematics, we have been exploring numbers to 10. Students created their own octopuses and carefully counted and drew the correct number of legs to match different numbers – it was a fantastic way to combine creativity with number learning. We have also been learning about the days of the week and enjoyed painting beautiful watercolour rainbows to represent each day. During our reading groups, we have been strengthening our fine motor skills through a variety of hands-on and engaging activities, helping to build the important skills we need for writing and classroom tasks. We are so proud of the wonderful effort everyone is showing!
