NAIDOC Celebrations 2025 continues
The start of this term has seen schools continue to celebrate NAIDOC WEEK.
Each year NAIDOC will choose a theme to build the celebrations around.
2025 is the 50th anniversary of NAIDOC Week, and the theme this year is ‘The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy’, which celebrates the achievements of the past and a bright future ahead.
National Aboriginal Children Day 2025
National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day is held annually on 4 August and schools are encouraged to celebrate this unique day dedicated to celebrating our children.
The 2025 theme is “Little Footsteps, Big Future” which honours the journeys our children take as they grow - each step guided by cultures, community and connections to Country.
