EARTH HOUR   SATURDAY MARCH 23RD     

 Pathways Sustainability students learned about the importance of Earth Hour this month. They prepared posters to display at the office to remind the school community about this event. At 8:30 pm this Saturday night, homes, and landmarks in Australia and around the world will turn off their lights for one hour to show their support for the Earth. Energy is a resource from the Earth that we need to look after. By turning off any unnecessary lighting, devices, and appliances you do your part to reduce energy. Make sure that you do this event safely. You can find details on the website, view the video, and register for the event. One family’s efforts might not seem a lot but everyone trying for one hour will be effective. Together we have the power.
