NARRABRI TOUCH FOOTBALL GALA DAY
Our students had a fantastic day participating at the Narrabri Primary School Touch Football Gala Day at the end of last term. On Tuesday 17th September, 44 students from Stage 2 and 3 played at Cooma Oval displaying their teamwork skills with each pass, catch, and try. It was a well organised, fun event. Well done to all players. Thank you to the parent coaches and volunteers who helped out on the day as well as Mrs Conroy and Mrs Quirk for supervising the students.
POLDING CRICKET TRIALS
Well done to Angus Irwin who attended the Polding Cricket Trials as a member of the Armidale Diocesan cricket team. The trials were held on Friday 20th September in Lismore. The players practiced their batting and bowling skills in the nets as well as spent some time on the centre wicket playing a game of cricket. Angus thoroughly enjoyed his day.
