We're Going to the Zoo, Zoo, Zoo

It was a slightly chilly Friday morning as some VERY excited Prep's and their teachers boarded the bus to head on an exotic African safari...in Werribee.

The Preps were lucky enough to go on an amazing excursion to the Werribee Zoo. As part of their Geography Integrated Unit, student learnt about significant landmarks, traditions, customs and animals from within each continent through the Werribee Zoo's 'Cultures and Connection to Place' program. Students were able to make connections to the similarities and difference to life in Australia and Africa.
