SKiPPS Fete - 2nd March!

Our 2024 Fete is just over 2 weeks away and it is shaping up to be our best Fete ever!

Here are some ways you can get involved this week:

DROP OFF DONATIONS FOR OUR MARKET STALLS

If you can donate any of the items listed below please place them in the tub in the School Office.

• Craft Attack! Donations required: New craft supplies, POSCA paint pens and craft glue.

• Face painting, Temporary Tattoos and Bling. Donations required: temporary tattoos & face gems. 

• Chocolate/Lolly Toss. Donations required: Blocks of chocolate and bags of lollies. 

SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER - WE STILL HAVE OVER 140 VOLUNTEER HOURS STILL TO FILL

We are asking for as many parents as possible to get involved on the day including extended family members if they can help for an hour or two. We also encourage older students to volunteer with their parents, particularly on the class stalls.

All volunteers on the day will also receive Happy Hour priced drinks at the bar from 5-6pm to say thanks. A hard-earned thirst deserves a discounted beer!

START PUTTING ASIDE YOUR PRELOVED TOYS

If you have any preloved toys in GOOD condition, we’ll be collecting Friday 23rd of February at 8:30am & Friday 1st of March after school. 

Include puzzles, dress ups, books, bikes, etc. Come to the quadrangle classroom entrance to drop off toys or contact Anna 0459 358 865.

PLAN YOUR BAKE OFF

Slices, biscuits, cupcakes and larger cake contributions will all be welcome. Look out for details closer to the date for times to drop off your tasty baked treats.

There will also be a SKiPPS Bake Off, with entries on the theme of 'Summer' open to all students. There are three entry categories: F/1/2's, 3/4/5/6 and community - parents and past students welcome! Prizes to win! You can choose to sell or take home at the end. More details to come!
