Principal's Message

Kindergarten enrolments for 2027 are now open. If you know of a child in the Eglinton community who is ready to start school, please ask their family to contact the school office or visit our website to complete an online enrolment application. We look forward to welcoming our future students and families to our school community.

Student Reports:

Student reports will be live on the School Bytes app in week 11. Parent/teacher interviews will be held at the beginning of Term 3 on Tuesday 21 July, Wednesday 22 July, Tuesday 28 July and Wednesday 29 July from 3:45pm - 5:00pm. Interview bookings will be made through School Bytes. Further information regarding the interviews will be sent out closer to the dates.

Real Schools:

We are looking forward to hosting Jemma from Real Schools on Wednesday 24 July and Thursday 25 July. Please make sure you take the opportunity to come along to our parent sessions which will focus on how we can work together as a community to build resilient children together. Outstanding Achievement at Western PSSA Cross Country

We are incredibly proud to share the wonderful efforts of our 15 students who represented our school at the Western PSSA Cross Country event yesterday. Each student demonstrated exceptional determination, sportsmanship, and school spirit throughout the competition.

Special congratulations to Darcy Watson and Rhys Simmons who both placed 3rd in their respective age groups, and Sophie Dutton, who came 5th. These outstanding athletes will proudly represent Western PSSA at the State Cross Country carnival at the beginning of next term. Additionally, Anabel Astridge finished 8th in her age group and has been named as a reserve for the state carnival.

Thank you to all students for their amazing participation, and to the parents and staff who supported them on this exciting day. We wish Darcy, Rhys, and Sophie the very best as they continue to represent our school and region, and we look forward to celebrating more sporting achievements in the future!

Preparations are well underway for our bi-annual School Concert, and we are excited to showcase our students' talents. Save the date: Tuesday 11 August.

The concert will be held at the BMEC and will include both a matinee performance and an evening session. Tickets will be sold through BMEC, and families will be notified via the Parent Portal when tickets become available.
