Raffle tickets and prizes

With Family Fun Night only a few days away, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all families who have donated items and purchased tickets for our upcoming raffle.

If you haven’t yet returned your tickets, we ask that you do so by Monday 23 March as we will not be able to accept any after this time. If you would like to purchase an additional book, this can be collected from the front office.

The raffle will be drawn on Thursday 26 March 2026 during school hours by our School Captains and Mr Whewell. Winners will be announced via a Compass Post following the draw. 

We have divided our prizes into 3 categories, and we ask that winners of each category make their way to the school office at the allocated time to choose and collect their prize.

Category 1       5pm     

Category 2       5.30pm

Category 3       6pm

Coupons

Coupons are still available to purchase via Qkr. They will be available to purchase online until 9am on Thursday 26 March. You can find them located them on Qkr! under school payments, then the fundraising tab.

Pre-purchased coupons will be available for collection from 3.55pm on the evening of Fun Night from the courtyard outside Mr Whewell’s office. They will be bundled by family in a labelled and sealed envelope.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any unused coupons.

For any new families to the school, coupons will be used on family fun night to participate in activities and rides and purchase items. 1 coupon costs $1. 

 Additional coupons can be purchased on the evening using eftpos, however as we will only have one eftpos terminal available, we highly recommend pre-purchasing them to avoid large queues on the evening. 

Please note that the coffee van will be the only store that does not accept coupons and payment for hot drinks will need to be made by cash or eftpos directly to the vendor
