What is a Market Influencer?

According to the Influencer Marketing Hub website, Influencer Marketing is now a mainstream form of online marketing. Influencers, unlike celebrities, can be anywhere.  They can be anyone.  What makes them influential is their large following on the web and social media. So, a brand will work with a Market Influencer to market or promote one of its products or services.  The Market Influencer will have a large following of subscribers and will improve recognition of the brand.  They are the go-to people who provide the answers to people's questions about the brand they are promoting. The Market Influencer is paid by the brand they are promoting.  As indicated in the link above, a Market Influencer is different to a Content Marketer or Brand Ambassador.
