Reconciliation Week

Last week, we had the privilege of a performance by Sean Choolburra. Through storytelling, humour, and interactive song and dances, Sean shared important insights into his culture/heritage and the significance of Reconciliation Week. 

Students were captivated by the amazing First Nations stories he told, which highlighted the rich cultures, traditions, and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. 

It was a highly engaging performance that ended with a dance off between Sean and some of our students and a wonderful way to acknowledge Reconciliation Week as a school.
