First meeting of the 2025-2026 Parents Association 

Contribute to the event and activity plan for next year and meet the new office bearers 

 

The next general PA meeting will be held on Monday 27th October from 7:15-8:15pm online. The agenda, draft previous minutes and AGM presentation are attached.

We are pleased to welcome back returning members Tanya and Rebecca, and wish warm congratulations to Stu, Alex and Simone on their appointments to the PA for the 2025/26 year as below:

 

  • Co-Presidents: Tanya Tran & Stuart Balloch
  • Treasurer: Simone Traglia
  • Secretary: Rebecca Gregg
  • Comms/Social Media: Alex Burke

 

We thank outgoing co-presidents Clare Mitchell Crow and Alicia Madden for their tireless efforts over the last 2 years to co-ordinate, manage and deliver a range of wonderful events for the FWPS community! 

 

Our gratitude also, to outgoing treasurer Jess Cork for working closely with Liz and the office team to manage the PA finances and keep us on track.

 

Second hand Uniform Shop needs Volunteers for Term 4!

 

  • The uniform shop could not open last week as we had no volunteers. If you are able to help out, could you please reply and advise which day of the week you can assist from 3-3:45pm. We'll select a date that has the most volunteers for our final general opening this year.
  • The school has requested the uniform shop open at the Prep Play Dates - Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th of December from 3:30pm-4:30pm. We would like to support if volunteers are available. Please contact us ASAP if you can assist for all or part of these events - FWPSparentsassociation@outlook.com

 

Positions Vacant - We Need You!

We are now looking for enthusiastic parents who would like to run a PA event in 2026. Positions are open for our yearly events, including the much loved Mother’s / Father's and Special person’s day stalls and the Second-hand Uniform Shop. Drop us an email for more info.
