From the Italian Leaders

Ciao a tutti!

Mi chiamo Yukith e mi chiamo Kevin. We are your Italian Leaders for 2026.

We have been doing projects in Italian all about different cities in Italy and their festivals celebrated.

My chosen city and festival was the Sorrento Lemon festival. Sorrento has a festival about lemons where people make unique arts of lemons and the streets are covered with lemons by local street vendors and stores.

Here are some projects completed by the 5/6 students

In Term 3 we celebrated Multicultural day at St.Leonards. It was a day to celebrate diversity and how we are all different but the same. Some of the activities that we did were Japanese paper crane creation hosted by Me and Yukith in 5/6L with Miss T, and in 5/6K were Alex and Summer with Miss Di Cosmo and a lot more activities led by every 5/6 member in the level. Cultural day was a day to connect and show our diversities and how all of us are different.
