Class Stall Volunteer Roster – We Need You!

We’re asking each family to lend a minimum of 2 hours to support our FFF event by signing up via this link. Whether it's helping with kitchen prep, setup, pack-up, or lending a hand at your child’s class stall at the FFF, your contribution makes a big difference!

Your time helps make our fair a success and supports the Kitchen and Garden Program – a vital part of our students' learning.

Cleaning out your house.... We would love some donations!

All donations can be dropped at the school hall on:

Saturday 25th October, 9-10:30am, (at the working bee)

Monday 3rd - Thursday 6th between 8:30-9:15am

Feel free to assist with setting up any morning if you have a spare ten minutes.

What can I donate? The best things to donate are things that you would be happy to keep using yourself, but just don’t need anymore. Typical things you can donate include:

Toys, games, books, sport and home wares etc!

What can’t I donate? Please don’t donate any clothing, gas or electrical items or anything that is broken, damaged, torn or stained.

J7 & M24s LUCKY BAGS game:

$2.50, you choose a random number and win the lucky bag!

We would appreciate your donations all ready made up (think lucky dip) in brown paper bags or wrapped in newspaper or fabric. Or, you are welcome to donate in 'bulk' in a reusable shopping bag and students will split up and prepare the items into brown paper bags at school.

Please bring along your donations and place in your classrooms 'Lucky Bag basket' any time before the big event.

Types of things that can be put into a brown paper bag (kind of like a lucky dip, so split up to the rough value of $2-3 per bag): Hair ties, toy soldiers, crayons, textas, soft toys, bubbles, mini toys, wrapped chocolate, wrapped lollies ☺

F1 and J3s Cake Stall and Madd Hatter’s Tea Party: We invite our entire school community to cook your favourite cake, muffins, cookies, slice or scones to fill the paper box that will be sent home the week of the fair.

Lemon call out!

Do you have any lemons or clean fancy glass bottles (labels removed) that you can please donate to J10s lemonade stall?

Please place on the bench in the foyer of the office this fortnight.

Lemonade preparations with J10 will be in the kitchen between 2-3:15pm,

on October 6, 9, 13 and 16 - if you are available for an hour, please meet us in the kitchen, the students and Ms Holland would appreciate your support.
