Sock it to the Can

Thank you to everyone who donated to our Year 11 student led Pyjama Day collection at the end of last term.  We are incredibly grateful for the generosity of our College Community in supporting our local St Vincent de Paul chapter and members of our local community.

It's not too late to donate - we will be taking donations of new socks and non-perishable food items until the end of today, so if you have items ready, they can be dropped at the College Office.

Community Mass and Liturgy Invitations

Families are invited to join with us for the following celebrations this term:

• Thursday 23rd July - Years 3, 4, 9 and 10 Mass at 9.10am in the Church
• Thursday 30th July - Foundation and Year 12 Mass at 9.10am in the Church
• Thursday 13th August - Years 1, 2 and 11 Mass at 9.10am in the Church
• Thursday 27th August - St Augustine's Feast Day Whole School Mass at 11.30am in the Brigidine Centre followed by family picnic lunch
• Wednesday 2nd September - Lone Pine Ceremony
• Thursday 3rd September - Father's Day Liturgy at 9.00am following Beaut Bloke's Breakfast
• Thursday 17th September - Year 5, 6, 7 and 8 Mass at 9.10am in the Church

St Augustine's F-6 Athletics Carnival - Friday 24th July

Our F-6 students have been practising athletics in their PE/Sport lessons and will have the opportunity to showcase their skills at our F-6 Athletics Carnival at the Northern Oval next Friday, 24th July.

Students are invited to dress in their house colours for the day (please wear SunSmart clothing and footwear appropriate for athletics/sports).

Lunch orders are available - F-2 students will be returning to school before lunch and Years 3-6 orders will be delivered to the athletics carnival.

The BBQ will be sizzling ($2 per sausage) and a coffee van will be available for spectators.

Bus Zones Safety Reminder

Families are reminded a bus zone is in place in Tulloh Street from 8.00-9.00am and McCormick Road from 8.00-9.00am and 3.15-4.00pm on school days. 

To allow bus drivers to perform their duties safely and for the safety of students and other road users, please follow all street signage in these zones. 

Vehicles other than buses are not permitted to park or stop in bus zones to drop students off during the indicated bus zone times.
