Synchrotron Excursion

On the 12th of September, students from year 11 and 12 who are studying physics went on a remarkable excursion to visit the synchrotron. This turned out to be a fantastic opportunity for the students, offering both an educational and enjoyable experience. They were not only excited but also thrilled to see the only synchrotron in the southern hemisphere.

During their visit, both classes engaged in hands-on experimental activities that were directly related to their physics curriculum. These practical exercises reinforced classroom learning and brought science to life in an exciting way.
