The 2025 Annual Report to the School Community which was presented during the Public Reporting Meeting (AGM) in March.

The Annual Report provides Principals and School Councils with an opportunity to share the year’s achievements and progress with the school community. This includes reflecting on the school’s performance and explaining the impact of school improvement efforts on student outcomes.

Annual Reports are published on the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) State Register following being attested by the School Council President, Principal and quality assurance from the Department of Education.

Performance and Development Plans (PDP) 2026 - Goal Setting

As a school, for the performance and development process in 2026, we will continue to use the state-wide alternative Statement of Expectation instead the standard Performance and Development Plan (PDP) process. Staff or reviewers are not required to complete any routine documentation or monitoring in eduPay.

PDPs in 2026 will continue to be completed in teams for teachers and ESS. Staff with other positions of responsibility will have a 1:1 PDP with your line manager.

With the Statement of Expectation, it is expected that Department employees will:

  • Contribute to the Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) for Learning and Wellbeing, including the implementation of the revised Victorian Teaching and Learning Model (VTLM 2.0)

    - Enabling Learning

    - Explicit Teaching

  • Act with integrity and in accordance with the School and Department’s values (Responsiveness, Integrity, Impartiality, Accountability, Respect, Leadership, Human Rights)

    - Integrity

    - Respect

Even though Statements of Expectation cannot be modified, staff can either adopt the exemplar identified areas of professional development on the template or use the reflection tools to develop their own personalised or team-level focus. Anyone with a positions of responsibility can modify Goal 1 related to their work from the 2026 AIP.

Teacher Class employees (including LT and LS) please use the template below. Time will be allocated for teachers to self-reflect against two prioritised areas of the VTLM 2.0 in our 2026 AIP (Enabling Learning and Explicit Teaching) using the rubrics below. This can be used to narrow your own focus for professional development this year.
