Hooptime Regional Finals  

On Thursday the 6th of November the Year 6 boys headed off to Beachside Basketball in Nunawading. It was a lot of fun for the Year 6 boys that attended the Tournament.   

In the first game we started off strong and we tried our best but sadly didn't get the result we wanted. We left it behind and we went into the second game feeling strong. We called the first game our warm up game. The scores were 24 - 16.

After a sad loss, we had confidence going into game two. It was a good start to the game going up by about 6 points, but the other team didn’t stop trying to put on the gas. In the end we won by 2 points. 20-18.

After we won we made it into the semi-final where we had to face Bialik Collage. We were nervous and tired going into this game and it sure was a hard game. In the opening match we started off with 2 points really quickly. It was a neck to neck game but in the end sadly we lost but it was a fun game to play! 

To sum up the whole day it was a super fun day and everybody had a go and tried their best. It didn't work out in our favour but it was an amazing day.
