Acknowledgement of Country
At Ripponlea Primary School, we acknowledge the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation, the traditional custodians of the land on which we teach, learn, play, and come together as a school community., We pay our respects to their Elders, past, present, and emerging, and extend this respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across this country., We recognise the deep and enduring connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to land, culture, spirituality, ancestry, family, and community, and we acknowledge the importance of these connections for the wellbeing of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and their families.
