If you haven't already done so, please complete this Classroom Clocks survey by Friday.

FBG delivered a presentation to support staff wellbeing. This included Dalton-Smith's 7 Types of Rest as an approach to developing a holistic plan to staff wellbeing. See the attached video and guide below which includes a template to develop your own wellbeing plan. When days off and the school holidays doesn't recharge your battery.

There are two types of cognitive load- Intrinsic Load and Extraneous Load.
Extraneous load refers to the way that information is presented and Intrinsic Load refers to the complexity of the material/ content.
