School Supervision Times

• Before School Staff supervision commences at 8:45am in the morning.
• After School Staff supervision finishes at 3:45pm in the afternoon.

At Windsor Primary School, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our students is of paramount importance to all staff members. We take proactive measures to minimise the risk of accidents and maintain effective student supervision, including the period before school officially begins.

We kindly request that parents refrain from dropping off their children before 8:45 a.m., as supervision cannot be guaranteed prior to this time. Students arriving earlier pose a safety risk, as staff members are not yet present to provide assistance if required.

For families requiring earlier drop-off times due to work commitments or other reasons, we offer a convenient Breakfast Activites Club program. This program operates every morning, providing a safe and supervised environment for students until regular yard supervision begins at 8:45 a.m. Bookings can made via the QR code or website listed below.

If you are unable to pick up your child/ren after school by 3:45pm we also offer an After School Care program. This program operates after school every day through Community OSH. Bookings can be made via the website listed below.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in prioritising the safety of all students before the start and end of the school day. Thank you for your support in ensuring that our school community remains a safe and nurturing environment for all.

WPS Breakfast Activities Club

A reminder that staff supervision in the morning does not begin until 8:45am. Students arriving before 8:45am without parent supervision are required to be booked into the WPS Breakfast Activities Club, which runs from 7:30am - 8:45am everyday. Students must be pre-booked to attend. The cost is $10.75 per session per child and includes breakfast and activities.

After School Care

Our After School provider is Community OSH, which runs from 3:30pm - 6:00pm.

Prep Enrolments 2025

Prep enrolments for 2025 are now open.

Please click on the tab below to download an enrolment form or collect an enrolment form from the school office.

Enrolment forms must be accompanied by a copy of your child's birth certificate/passport and immunisation records.

2024 Parent Financial Contributions

The 2024 Parent Financial Contributions have been set at $410.00.

School Uniform

Please ensure that your child is dressed in correct school uniform before they leave the house in the morning.

School uniform order forms need to be completed with payment and returned to the office either by your child or via e-mail at windsor.ps@education.vic.gov.au

Lunch Orders

Lunch orders are available on Mondays and Fridays.

Please remember all orders must be placed online before 9am at beaverstail.com.au.
