GS Warriors

First game back from school holidays saw both the Good Shepherd teams face off against each in another game that delivered high intensity, passion and a huge desire to win from all the players.  The game started as they always tend to with both teams frantically trying to get the ball and control the game.  

The Warriors scored the first few baskets to look like they were going to build a decent lead, but the Gators had other ideas and came back at a rapid pace to build a 12-5 advantage.  This sprung the Warriors into gear and they managed to claw themselves back into the game by half time to lead 15-12.  

The second half was another close affair with the score staying close the entire half but despite the Gators never giving up and fighting right to the end to get the back in front, the Warriors were able to hold on to the 3-point lead to end the game with a 25-22 win.  

This was another game played in great spirit with both teams leaving nothing in the tank.

Warriors: Nate 11, Flynn 6, Eden 4, Tennyson 2 & Charlie 2

Gators: Cooper 16, Finn 2, Jude 2 & Zeyna 2.
