February Census - Friday 20 February
February Census - Friday 20 February
The Finance team will prepare and submit the February Census in the same way we did for the 2025 collection. On Friday 20th, the Finance Team will extract data from both the payroll system & Compass, which the team will review and then directly upload for submission.
What do you need to do?
In regard to the staffing data, there is nothing for you to do. HR & payroll will ensure that the data is up to date in the payroll system. Regarding enrolments, please ensure that Compass is up to date. This means:
- All new enrolments who have attended your school are showing as “active students”
- That all known leaving students have been “archived” and are not reflected in Compass as active.
The Finance team will provide each school with their Census Report following submission to CSNSW. If you have any questions or need clarification on what is now required of you and your school admin staff, please contact Helen Bentham or Fiona McCann.
