CSEF Form

Do you hold a concession card? You may be eligible for CSEF Funding.

Do you hold a Health Care Card, Pension Card, or Veterans’ Affairs Card? If so, you may be eligible for $400 per child, for 2026 through a Victorian Government initiative called the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF).

CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to help eligible families with the costs of school camps, excursions and sporting activities.

Families may be eligible if they hold a valid Health Care Card, Pension Card, or Veterans’ Affairs Card, or if their child is in out-of-home care. The annual CSEF amount is $400 per eligible student.

How to apply

  • If you are new to the school, or have recently received a Health Care Card, Pension Card, or Veterans’ Affairs Card (in the parent/guardian’s name), please:
    • Complete the attached application form, and
    • Email the completed form along with a copy of your card to kate.keys@education.vic.gov.au
    • Drop it in to me at the office.
  • If you have already applied in previous years, your application will automatically roll over unless:
    • Your card has been cancelled, or
    • There has been a change in your family circumstances.

If your card was cancelled and later renewed, please contact me to update our records.

Please note: the concession card must be in the parent/guardian’s name, unless the student is 16 years or older.
