Student Learning Culture and Growth

We have commenced the academic year with pace and over the past weeks have welcomed our students back to our College for another impactful year of learning. The College has undertaken an active recruitment period during the past months and our College community welcomes our new teachers and staff, bringing a diverse skill set across many learning areas.
Our Mission is to provide an innovative education which integrates faith, learning and life in a welcoming community. Our key focus with our staff is to know our students and through forming positive relationships, have a profound impact on a students’ experience and education where they are known and loved.
Our College community also welcomed parents, guardians and carers to our College community at recent events including the Year 7 Welcome evening, the 2023 VCE Top Study Scores Assembly and the Year 12 Commencement evening. We would like to thank the parents, guardians and carers for attending these significant events and celebrating our student success and your involvement in the school-family partnership in supporting our young people throughout their learning journey.
We look forward to offering other opportunities in the future for our students to attend the College to discuss student progress and celebrate the milestones through both their development of learning.
Congratulations to the Class of 2023 – Top VCE Study Scores
Recently, the College celebrated the success of our 2023 Year 12 students through acknowledging their achievements at the 2023 Top VCE Study Scores Assembly and Student Leadership Investiture, held at the College on Friday 9 February. The College appreciated our past students returning to the College to encourage all our current students to ‘raise the bar’ toward achieving academic and personal growth.
Our students, staff, parents, guardians and carers were also fortunate to witness an address from our 2023 College VCE Dux – Shannon Huntingford and the 2023 College VCAL Dux – Harry Graafsma. Both providing words of encouragement for our students, gratefulness for the support from their friends and families and a message of aspiration towards setting goals and achieving their personal pursuits.
During our Assembly, our community including parents, guardians and carers of our past students acknowledge the Highest Study Scores, 40+ Study Scores and College VCE and VCAL Dux at our 2023, followed by the commissioning our new Student Leadership Team through their Investiture in their roles throughout the College.
The College wishes all graduates from 2023 all the absolute best with their pursuits and we look forward to following their pathways throughout their life-long journey.
