Upcoming Celebrations:
After consultation between the Parish Council Committee and the Parish Liturgy Committee it has been decided that we will have separate celebrations for the Parish Christmas Party and the St. Francis Xavier Feast Day.
Saturday 25th November: Family Mass + Christmas Party
Following our Family Mass on this night, there will be a Parish Christmas Party in the Parish Centre. The children have the opportunity to dress up in a Christmas theme, and participate in fun activities. A sausage sizzle will be provided and we would appreciate it if you could please bring a plate of food to share.
Sunday 3rd December is the Feast of St. Francis Xavier, the Patron Saint of our Parish and School. After Mass on this day we will be holding a special celebration to mark the occasion, with a concert by our wonderful school band. After the Concert you are welcome to stay for morning tea which will be provided.

Congratulations Mrs Judy Rily
On Tuesday 14th November, we celebrated Mrs Rily and her commitment to our school as the Religious Education Coordinator (REC). Mrs Rily has been working tirelessly for eleven years in this position coordinating the religious curriculum, activities and liturgies at school as well as working closely with the Parish and Fr Sabu to organise family mass each month and the important sacraments for the children.
We were joined by representatives from the Catholic Schools Office, Mr Damian Roff from the Spirituality Team and Mr Darryl Martin, Subject Matter Expert: Mission & Religious Education, to congratulate Mrs Rily on her accomplishments.

Married Couples retreat 7-10 January at Immaculata Mission School
Married couples and children aged 13 and under are invited to the Immaculata Mission School from 7-10 January in Armidale. Guest speakers from the USA, Dan & Stephanie Burke, will give a retreat for married couples while children will have a special program full of faith, fun and activities. Dan & Stephanie have many years experience in giving retreats and strengthening couples in their love for each other and for God!
Cost (includes accommodation, food & all activities): $310 for adults, $200 for children aged 4-13, children 3 & under by donation
