Education in Faith

Easter - Alleluia He Is Risen!

Easter is the happiest day in the Church. It is the day we remember that Jesus rose from the dead and is alive.

When Jesus rose on Easter morning, everything changed. Sadness turned into joy. Darkness turned into light. Fear turned into hope.

Easter reminds us that God brings new life everywhere:

in flowers growing, in rain giving life to the earth,in kindness we  show to each other.

We celebrate the wonderful news: Jesus is alive!

Easter Prayer:

Let us pray,

God of new beginnings, meet us in the middle of our real lives today.

Wake up hope in us and teach us how to bring life to our world.

Help us live the courage of Easter.

Amen.
