Dear Families,

 

As we prepare to wrap up Term 2, I’d like to acknowledge the many achievements and initiatives taking place across our school. It’s been a productive term, and we appreciate the continued support of our community.

 

Winter Sports Day 

Today, our Year 5/6 students competed in soccer, teeball, football and netball. Congratulations to all involved.

 

Regional Cross Country

Well done to Cory McIntosh, who represented Kismet Park at the Regional Cross Country. A fantastic achievement!

Attendance & Engagement Recognition

This term we introduced a new attendance raffle and awards initiative to promote and celebrate regular attendance. It’s been fantastic to see students excited about being at school.

 

Semester 1 Reports

Reports will be available via Compass in the final week of term.

 

Parent/teacher Interviews

Scheduled for Week 2 of Term 3 (Monday 28th July and Wednesday 30 July) 3:25–5:35pm. We will send out a Compass notification when bookings are open. 

 

School Production

Preparations are progressing well. Tickets ($30) will be released next week and cover professional lighting, sound and seating.

 

SWPBS & School Values

A new School Values Matrix has been co-developed with students and staff. Signage reinforcing Be Your Best, Kindness, Resilience, and Respect will be installed in Term 3.
