P & F News - Pie Drive 

P & F MEETING

Wednesday 7th August, 5:30pm

We welcome any new or old faces to attend the meeting so you can hear about upcoming plans for the P & F. We will also share ways and possible opportunities for us to help strengthen the St Francis Xavier’s family community.

PIE DRIVE FUNDRAISER

Stock your fridge, pantry or freezer this August by placing an order with the P & F Association’s 2024 Pie Drive! 

Delicious warm savories such as various beef and lamb pies, sausage rolls and sweet pies and as well as lamingtons, carrot cake and muffins are all available through the fundraiser. 

Order forms were sent home with families last week however if you require additional copies to share with family and friends it is available on the Compass App or from the Front Office. 

* Orders are due to be returned to school by Wednesday 14th August 2024 *

Funds raised by the P & F Association are donated directly to the school for a variety of purposes. One example being their contribution towards the purchase and installation of the new Primary Play Equipment last year.

We look forward to another successful P & F Fundraiser.

P & F ASSOCIATION

The P & F are seeking a Treasurer as well as Social Function Members to join the committee. If you are interested in either of these roles please contact the School Office for further information. 

The core business of the P & F is fun, family and community as we try to find ways to bring our school community together for social events as a way of connecting our families with the greater school community.
