The Year 8 Boys competition had 10 teams broken into 2 pools for Pool Play followed by a final’s series. The BHS team drew Pool A alongside Mount Clear College (3goals – 0goals), Woodmans Hill Secondary College B (10-0), Daylesford Secondary College B (21-0) & Beaufort Secondary College A (3-0). Beaufort Secondary College B, Daylesford Secondary College A, Mount Rowan Secondary College, Phoenix Secondary College & Woodmans Hill Secondary College A made up Pool B.
3 wins secured the team a place in the Semi Finals match against Phoenix Secondary College A who finished 2nd in Pool B. The match didn’t go the way the team would have liked going down 0-2 in a match they really should have won. The team finished in 3rd place for the competition.

They played matches against Mount Clear College A (0-2), Mount Clear College B (2-1), Daylesford Secondary College (0-2) & Beaufort Secondary College (3-0). 2 wins 2 losses meant the team just missed out on the Grand Final finishing 3rd for the competition.
