Year 2 News

We love words in Year 2! We love noticing them. We love collecting them. We love defining them. We love building them and we love using them. After reading we began noticing and collecting words more than ever. Recently, we have been finding words in stories we hear, in places we go, and things we read. We have created little devices to help us scoop them up. We have been recording them in our personal dictionaries and then using them in our writing. We encourage you to collect words at home too!
