End of Adobe Agreement, Canva trial
ACS’s Adobe agreement (Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc) is coming to an end at the end of 2025 and is likely to increase in cost significantly.
Canva (available via staff/student portal) via Google Chrome and the Affinity packages (available via self service) on Windows 11 & Mac have many shared capabilities with Adobe products and this is seen as a potential replacement set of technologies for ACS.
Staff are asked to trial any work they may do in Adobe products using Canva or one of the Affinity tools and provide feedback if any gaps exist to ICT Services via a ticket before the end of Term 3.
