1 RL are always excited to participate in library lessons with Mrs Capp every week. This term they are learning to read and write information texts about Australian animals. Exploring information reports is such a fun and educational way to explore the world around them. Writing these reports based on what they've learned is an excellent way for the students to showcase their understanding. It not only helps them digest the information but also organise it in a meaningful way as well as articulate it clearly in their own words. This process reinforces their comprehension and also strengthens their writing skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Moreover, reading non-fiction books together and independently is a fantastic way to support their learning. It's wonderful to see them enthusiastic about learning!
