YEAR 3 SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION
We ask everyone to keep our Year 3 students, who are receiving the Sacrament Reconciliation for the first time on Thursday, in your prayers. It was wonderful to see everyone last week at our Family Meeting. Below are the details of this week’s celebration:

REMINDER 12:30 FINISH FOR STUDENTS
A reminder that next week on Thursday 26th March there will be a 12:30 FINISH FOR STUDENTS due to Parent Teacher Interviews. Online Bookings are now open for Parent Teacher Interviews.
UPCOMING SPORTING EVENTS
Year 5 & 6 Summer Sports Gala
On Wednesday 25th March students in Year 5 & 6 will be competing in the Summer Sports Gala Day. This day is an opportunity for students to compete against seniors from other local schools.
Year 3 - 6 Cross Country
The students in Year 3 - 6 will run their Cross Country @ 12:00 on Friday 27th March. Parents are most welcome to join us for this. This event helps Mr Nathan Geisler to select the St John’s Cross Country Team who will compete in May at the District Cross Country.
PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS
Formal Parent Teacher Interviews at St John the Apostle take place twice a year. The first set of interviews is scheduled for the end of Term 1 and aims to provide parents with an outline of their child’s transition into their new class and their achievements over Term One. We offer both online and in person options for parents at these interviews. Below are the dates and times for for each session:
- Session 1 Thursday 26th March 1:00pm - 7:30pm
To accommodate this students will finish early on this day at 12:30pm
- Session 2 Tuesday 31st March 3:30pm - 7:30pm

A reminder that parents of students with Anaphylaxis or other serious medical conditions will be contacted to arrange a meeting to review their child’s management plan. These meetings will be held either prior to or following your child’s parent teacher interview time.
SIBLING SCHOOL PHOTOS
A reminder to those families who have registered for a Sibling Photo, that these will be taken next week on Tuesday 24th March. These photos need to be registered for in advance using the QR Code that was on the payment envelopes.

Fridays: Students can order a lunch order from TK Tuckshop via the Spriggy School App
