Dear Parents,

Welcome back, everyone, and I hope you had an amazing break. We are ready to go for what is going to be an extremely busy and fun Term 4. Children are already back into learning and teachers are prepared and have planned for a busy 10 weeks of learning.

The warmer weather is upon us (most days) and it is a timely reminder that children should bring a navy blue broad brim hat to school each day along with a drink bottle. Please ensure your child’s name is labelled on all of their equipment and uniform (hats and jumpers).

You will notice lots of security fencing around the school blocking off areas. We are having security screening installed on the high ledges around the school and ramps built into F block and down into the Kinder quad. This work will improve security and access. This work is scheduled to be completed at the end of the Christmas school holidays in readiness for us to commence school in 2027. Due to this major work, Breakfast Club will be served from the School Canteen 5 mornings per week.

We have lots of events planned this term. Our school Facebook page and Newsletter will have up to date information on the Principal’s page and calendar each week. The major events for the first 6 weeks of term are:

On Friday 23rd October, we will hold a celebration for our most special staff member, 'Trixie'. Trixie has recently turned 7, and we couldn't let this day pass without celebrating her. The children are welcome to wear free dress to school (enclosed shoes please - no crocs or thongs) on Friday and donate a gold coin. The gold coins will be used to purchase some special treats for Trixie. Happy Birthday, Trixie.
