Hello St. Fidelis families! The last week of term 3 has arrived!

The P&F would like to thank ALL the staff, parent helpers and businesses who have supported all our fundraising efforts, events and activities this term. As usual, we have had a successful term, with many things to celebrate and we look forward to continuing those celebrations into Term 4.

We hope that all the St. Fidelis children and their families have a restful and relaxing school break – see you on the other side!

P&F Meeting

Join us tonight, Monday 11th @7pm in the school staffroom for our final Term 3 meeting. All are welcome to attend and engage in discussions that will reflect on our Term 3 efforts and focus on our Term 4 events and activities.

Tony’s Pie Drive

To all families who placed an order for the delicious delights from Tony’s Pies – THANK YOU for your support! Please pick up your orders on TOMORROW, Tuesday 12th September from the school hall, between 2:30 – 4pm. 

If you are unable to make pick up during this time slot, please contact the school office to arrange an alternative pick up time.

P&F Morning Tea 

On the first Friday of every month, the P&F will be hosting a FREE morning tea straight after assembly, in the school staffroom. We invite all parents/carers to attend and have a cuppa and light refreshments with us.  The next morning tea is on Friday 6th October. We encourage you to attend as we would love to keep building on the wonderful school community that we already have. The morning tea will run until approximately 10:30am or thereabouts. Lunch Order Day

On Friday 20th October, the P&F are organising a lunch day for the children of St. Fidelis. Food items available are PIZZA and GELATI! QuickCliq ordering opens on Monday September 25  and will close on Friday 13th October.

St. Fidelis Family Night- ONLY 50 TICKETS LEFT!

IMPORTANT – There was a misunderstanding with the start time of the event. START TIME is 6:30pm, not 5:30pm. Please note this change of time in your records and sincere apologies for any inconveinience this may have caused!

Put your dancing shoes on for a FUN night out because you are invited to the annual St. Fidelis Family Night. Booked for October 28th at THE CALABRIA CLUB in Brunswick. For only $50 per adult and $25 per child you will receive a 3-course meal, soft drinks and DJ. Tables will accommodate groups of 12, so start organising between you and your friends. Tickets are NOW OPEN ON QUICKCLIQ, so please make your purchases quickly as places will be limited for first in, first served!

IMPORTANT – Extended community at this stage is not invited as we want to reserve seating for only St. Fidelis families. However, if ticket sales allow, at a later stage we will open up seating to extended family members and the parish. You will be informed if this is the case. We thank you for your understanding. Crazy Camel Artwork

It’s back – the most creative fundraiser of all time. Turn your child’s artwork into keepsakes such as Calendars, Diaries, Tote Bags, Sketchbooks, Pillowcases, Greeting Cards, Tea Towels or Notebooks. These keepsakes are sure to be a memorable item for you and your child AND they even make for the most personal Christmas gift for extended family and friends! Parents, it’s a simple fundraiser… just follow these steps:

1. This week your child will be coming home with a template (see below image). Your task is to get your child to create their best artwork on the template. 
2. Have them use LOTS OF bright colours (crayons, paints, textas) to build their masterpiece.
3.  Ensure that they use the whole space and write their name and age clearly in the space provided at the bottom of the template. For further information, read the back of the template sheet clearly.
4. Have your child return their artwork to their classroom teacher before the due date of 16th October.

• From 23rd October online ordering will OPEN. You will have until 3rd November to complete orders (with payment) online using the following URL: www.crazycamel.com.au/10296 

Please note, this URL is not currently active and won’t be until 23rd October.

• Your keepsakes will be delivered to the school and distributed by the end of November. The exact date of delivery will be confirmed when it becomes available.
