2027 Foundation Enrolments
If you have a child starting school in 2027, enrolments are now open. As of 2026, enrolments have moved online; the link is provided below. When you access the link, you will create an account and enrol your child from the account. This is a new process for schools in our area. If you would like assistance, please contact the office and we are happy to help.

If you know of a family who may be looking to enrol at our school, please direct them to this website.
On Tuesday, Tom and I stopped by a year 5 class during their Chinese Mandarin class. We were excited to join in with the morning exercises that we participated in at Friday's assembly. Ms Ma has shared these exercises across the school as many students enjoyed them and thought they could be great way to start the day or for an exercise break throughout the day.

Incursions:

Our Foundation students had a visit from Earth Crusaders to continue their learning through the Unit of Inquiry- Sharing the Planet. Students were tasked with sorting rubbish into the different bin types - Composting, Recycling and Landfill. The students then made their own reusable cotton tote bag that they can use while shopping to reduce single use plastic bags.

Year 6 Waratah Beach Camp

Our Year 6 students are enjoying their time at Waratah Beach Camp with many zipping into a wetsuit and hitting the waves!
The students are also participating in a Human Bingo game and working hard to show their best manners in the dining hall to be awarded the prestigious 'Dinner Duck' award.

"The initiatives course was really fun and we learnt lots of new skills like trust and teamwork!" Isla F

"Ms Fletcher, I did it (surfing) by myself!" Madi.
"In year 6 we get to do surfing and we get to catch big waves and we get splashed...I needed a different board because I am too tall!" Brooklyn

"The aeroball activity was super fun and made our hearts pump!" Isla W
"#bestcampever!" Lucy.
Thank you to the staff and parent volunteers for making year 6 camp so wonderful for our students!
Safe School Traffic:
Following on from Tom's information last week regarding safe parking around the school, we would like to remind families that the disabled parking spaces outside the school should only be used by vehicles displaying a valid disability parking permit. Respecting this helps create a safer and more considerate school community. We appreciate everyone's support with this.
Uniform:
We have a large number of uniform items in lost property, if you are missing a jacket or jumper, please come and have a look. This is a great reminder to label your child's uniform items so that they can be returned if misplaced.
Enjoy the weekend ahead,
Amelia
