Year 12 Literacy
Year 12 Literacy Class Visits Old Orchard Primary School
Recently, our Year 12 literacy students had the opportunity to visit Old Orchard Primary School. During this visit, they engaged with the younger students, helping to enhance their literacy skills by building on their current curriculum.
The Year 12 students thoroughly enjoyed the experience, forming new relationships and serving as mentors. They found it rewarding to answer the many questions posed by the enthusiastic primary school students. This visit not only provided valuable learning support for the younger students but also fostered a sense of community and collaboration between the different schools.
We look forward to more such enriching interactions in the future, as they play a crucial role in the educational growth of both our Year 12 students and the younger learners at Old Orchard Primary.
