INTER SCHOOL SPORT REPORT

On Monday 28th July, the St Mary’s AFL Mixed team competed in the Darebin Division AFL Round Robin at Montmorency Park. The team qualified for this event by winning the Gala Day Round Robin in Term 2.

The team played against the following schools: Penders Grove PS, St Joseph’s, Reservoir and St Raphael’s, Preston West. Unfortunately, with a few players missing we were unable to match it with the bigger and stronger teams. We finished the day at 0- 3 but improved as the games went on.

Congratulations to the following children who represented our school:

Sophie A, Tony K, Phoenix S, Ebube U, Maxx B, Izayah B, Mario G, Hugh W, Beau T, Matthew B, Illias P and Duy L.
