THE BIG GOOSE 

On Friday 21/08/2026, our Year 1 students had a wonderful day out on their excursion to The Big Goose! 🐄🐑🚜

As part of our Inquiry unit, we have been investigating farms and learning about where our food comes from, so this excursion was a fantastic way to bring our learning to life.

Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to feed and pat a variety of farm animals, watch reptile and sheepdog shows, enjoy a tractor ride, and learn lots of interesting facts from a farmer and his very cute alpaca, Moshi! 🦙

There were plenty of smiles, laughs and exciting moments throughout the day. What a fun way to continue our learning about life on the farm! 🌾🐓
