Principal's Awards - Tony D

Tony has demonstrated the Mercy value of compassion and stewardship, for the way he has spent time caring for his Foundation buddy. Many of the teachers have noticed the gentleness and kindness that Tony has displayed. He could have spent his breaks playing sport with his friends but chose to keep his buddy company and to help him settle into the school. Tony also is very responsible and organised in the student voice leadership group, remembering when to put the flags up. Tony is an excellent role-model and is excelling as a Year 6 Leader.

Principal's Awards - Peaches M

Peaches you have demonstrated hospitality and compassion at Sacred Heart. You have commenced your role as a Year 6 Buddy exceptionally well. You cared for your buddy with compassion and have been really proactive in supporting both her and other foundation students extremely well, making their transition to school much easier. Your buddy is so excited to have you as her buddy and feels safe and happy at school. Your teachers are very proud of the way you are working during class time, showing commitment and excellence in your subjects. Congratulations Peaches on being this week's Principal award winner.

Principal's Awards - RYAN F

Ryan you have started the year exceptionally well at Sacred Heart. You have shown a strong commitment to doing your best in your learning. You are extremely helpful in your classroom often helping others to do their work when you are finished. Most recently you have been very supportive of your younger brother who has commenced in foundation. You keep a close eye on him and ensure that he is ok. Your teachers are very proud of the way you are working during class time, showing commitment and excellence in your subjects.
