From The Office

Dear Parents and Carers,

School commences at 8:50am and concludes at 3:20pm. Classroom attendance rolls are

 completed at 8:50. If your child is not seated in class at 8:50 this means that they are late and MUST be signed in via the front office accompained by a parent. Families needing to collect their child/ren early from school MUST do so via the general office. Please note our break times are 1st Break - 11:00 - 11:30 2nd Break - 1:40 - 2:20 we request that any early pick ups during break times be prearranged with the classroom teachers as it is difficult for students to hear any announcements while out on the yard.  Any pick ups after 3pm must also be prearranged with classroom teacher toavoid interruptions to the classrooms after 3pm, as students are packing up their work, receiving notes to take home & instructions from their teacher re homework or the next day's activities - it is very important that the children are in their classroom to receive this information and not interrupted during this time. We thank you for your co-operation as we keep our students safe and accounted for at all times during school hours.

Term 1 School fees are now due - CSEF and payment plan forms are available at the front office or via the school website for eligible families. Please contact Deidre or Melissa in the general office to discuss fee payments and account enquiries.

Compass Wallet Refunds

With the change in canteen and sport uniform arrangements

this year, many people have money remaining in their Compass wallet.  This money is not held by the school and we do not have access to your funds.  In order for

you to receive your money back, Compass has notified the school that they need

BSB and Account details for each person in order to process your refunds.

Please email the following information to office@olps.vic.edu.au

Bank account Name, BSB and Account numbers.   Also include your child’s name to assist us

if there are any queries.

Canteen News

A reminder to parents and carer's that our school canteen is now operating with a new canteen supplier which commenced Thursday 29 January. Families are now able to register and place orders via the following link.
