Hot Cross Bun Drive
We are once again partnering with Bakers Delight, Ascot Vale and Showgrounds for our annual Hot Cross Bun Fundraiser. For every packet purchased the school raises $1.50.
Today students will be provided with an order form for you to purchase your Hot Cross Buns. We encourage our families to sell to neighbours, friends and relatives and go into the draw for an Easter Hamper.
Orders and payment is required by the 21st March and orders will go home to families on Wednesday 27th March. Please find attached an order form if you have missed out.
MPW Movie Night 2024 - now on sale
Movie Night 2024 Tickets are now available through Eventbrite
Please join us for our first fundraising event for the year at our MPW Movie Night with 'Wonka' from 5:30pm on Friday 22nd March 2024.
Bring along your chairs, rugs or beanbags and enjoy all the treats on offer with burgers and sausages straight from the MPW BBQ, lollies, popcorn, choc tops, fairy floss and drinks including a bar for the adults.
Relax with your family and school friends and enjoy a fabulous night under the stars with our very own Moonlight Cinema on the Tiger Turf.
Food and drinks (don't forget to pre purchase your food and drink vouchers to avoid the rush) are available from 5:30pm, with the movie commencing at sunset.
Movie Night - Volunteers required
To make Movie Night a big success we need your help.
Are you available to assist during the night, before the event commences for setup and following the event for pack up? If you are available to assist with set up or pack up, please contact Sandra @ sandra.monaghan@education.vic.gov.au
This year we are allocating the stalls to year level teams:
- BBQ – 3/4 Team
- BAR – 5/6 Team
- ICE CREAM, DRINKS AND LOLLIES – Year 2 Team
- POP CORN AND FAIRY FLOSS - F/1 Team
There are five stalls that require volunteers, please feel free to add your name across different stalls if you have the time available.
