Are you ready to explore the exciting world of hospitality?  Hospitality Essentials is a hands-on 3-day short course designed for school leavers who want to build confidence, learn essential skills and get a foot in the door.  This engaging and hands-on short course is the perfect way to build a student’s confidence and gain the essential skills employers are looking for.  Across these three practical and interactive days, students will earn nationally accredited certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Safe Food Handling—key qualifications for working in cafés, restaurants, bars, and events.  Students will also develop real-world experience in coffee making and barista service, learning how to prepare espresso-based drinks and operate commercial coffee machines. • Certificate II in Engineering Studies
