Dear Parents, Carers and Community Members,

Kindergarten 2027 Enrolments Now Open

Our enrolment period for Kindergarten 2027 is now open! Applications are to be completed online this year. You can apply either by going straight to our website or by scanning the QR code. 

We know that word of mouth is one of the most powerful ways to promote our wonderful school. If you know a family with a child ready to start Kindergarten next year, we’d love for you to share this information with them. Your positive experiences and personal recommendations help others see the welcoming, faith-filled and high-quality learning environment we are proud to offer here at St Joseph’s.

NAPLAN

We congratulate our Year 3 and Year 5 students for the calm and confident way they approached their recent NAPLAN assessments. We are very proud of the effort they showed in giving their best.

NAPLAN is one of many tools used to monitor learning and inform teaching. It reflects one point in time and we continue to celebrate each student’s growth across their academic, social, emotional and spiritual development.

We thank our skilled, helpful adults and our families for their ongoing support in fostering a positive environment where every child can thrive.

Congratulations Year 3

Congratulations to our Year 3 students for their outstanding attendance throughout Term 1.

The cohort achieved an excellent 96% overall attendance rate, with 95% of students attending school at or above 90% of the time. This strong commitment to regular attendance reflects positive learning habits and a wonderful partnership between school and families. Well done, Year 3!

P&F Golf Day

We also look forward to celebrating our wonderful St Joseph’s community at this Sunday’s P&F Golf Day Fundraiser at Glen Innes Golf Club. Families, friends, past students and grandparents are warmly invited to enjoy a 9-hole multi-generational Ambrose, with a 9:15 am registration, great prizes and a kids’ clinic for younger participants. Thank you to our P&F and sponsors for supporting this special day of food, fun and shared St Joseph’s memories.
