From the Principal's desk
On Friday our Year 5/6 students had their first Winter Sports game at St Francis in Nathalia. Our students always look forward to this time of year and I look forward to hearing about the teams performances.
Education Week and Open Classrooms:
From the 18th - 22nd of May Numurkah Primary School will be celebrating Education Week. We will also be holding a 'Show Case' assembly to celebrate each of our classes beginning at 10:20am on Monday.
On Monday the 18th we will be running group tours at 9:15am and 2:00pm for new families to have a look at our amazing school.
We welcome all of our families to come into the classrooms on Monday and Wednesday from 9am-11am. All of our classrooms will be open for current families to enjoy some time with your children in their class.
If you know of any families looking for a school in 2027, please encourage them to come along.
Parents and Friends:
We would like to engage as many families as possible and invite all members of the family to be a part of our Parents and Friends committee. We understand that some families can't make meetings during the school day, however, there are many ways you can be a part and support our school. If you would like to help our school, please give the office a call to discuss ways you could help out.
2027 Foundation Enrolments
Current families with a child at Numurkah PS who will commence Prep (Foundation) in 2027 are encouraged to pick up an enrolment pack from the office, or alternatively you can enrol through the VicStudents portal.
If you know of anyone looking to enrol at Numurkah PS for 2027 or still undecided, please encourage them to give the office a call or come in for a chat and a tour of the school.
