It’s a good time to start some Christmas baking with the kids. See below for a biscuit recipe if you would like to give it a go.

It’s been a fun and busy couple of weeks at Playgroup! The children have absolutely loved exploring the Little People pirate ship and bus — both have been a huge hit and sparked lots of imaginative adventures.

Our easel painting area has been full of colour, with little artists creating bright masterpieces to take home. The art and craft table has also been buzzing with cutting, gluing and plenty of creativity.

A favourite moment has been watching the children “cook” for the adults in the play kitchen — serving pretend cups of tea, cakes, and all sorts of imaginative meals. It’s always such a joy to see their play turn into caring, social interactions.

Thanks for another wonderful fortnight of fun, learning and connection. We can’t wait to see what play unfolds next!
